Fair Place is involved in reviewing project proposals (national and European funds such as e.g. HEU, MSC Actions, Life, Amif) with a gender equality perspective. We can be involved from an early stage, working alongside the lead partner in creating a project that considers gender equality impact.
Fair Place supports companies on their path to gender equality certification in line with PdR125. We support companies all the way through the necessary path to certification, from an initial AS-IS analysis, to planning the activities to be done from a TO-BE perspective. We help companies get certified and support them in the 3 years after certification.
Fair Place is dedicated to providingstrategic assistance for the development of Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in the European context. GEPs aim to catalyze structural and cultural change toward gender equality within organizations, using policies and practices that address and potentially correct gender disparities. We support companies in the design, implementation and monitoring of GEPs, ensuring that gender equity goals are achieved in line with European regulations and Horizon Euro eligibility criteria. Our approach includes stakeholder consultation at all levels, which is essential for full adoption and integration of the plan within corporate structures.
